Free Gutter Replacement Giveaway

1. No purchase necessary. There is no fee to enter and no fee to receive the prize. A purchase will not increase the odds of being selected.
2. Entry period. Entries are accepted from August 4, 2026 through 11:59 p.m. ET on August 31, 2026.
3. Eligibility. Open to homeowners age 55 or older who own and occupy the entered property as their primary residence in Charlottesville or Albemarle County, Virginia, whose total gross annual household income does not exceed $125,000, and whose complete gutter replacement is not being paid for by insurance or another organization. Employees of Charlottesville Gutter Pros and members of their immediate families are not eligible.
4. How to enter. Complete the entry form at form.jotform.com/262155889275067. A trusted helper (family member, friend, or caregiver) may assist with the entry, with the homeowner's knowledge and authorization. One entry per household.
5. Winner selection. One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using Random.org, an independent random-drawing service, on or about September 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Verification. The potential winner will be asked to provide reasonable documentation of age, identity, household income, ownership, and occupancy within 14 days, and to permit a free inspection of the property. If the potential winner cannot be verified, declines the prize, or cannot be reached after reasonable attempts, another entrant will be drawn.
7. Prize. One complete gutter replacement performed by Charlottesville Gutter Pros, approximate retail value $3,500. The prize has no cash alternative and may not be transferred to another property or person. The prize may be taxable, and the winner may be required to complete IRS Form W-9.
8. Privacy. Entry information is used to administer this giveaway, and Charlottesville Gutter Pros may contact entrants about the giveaway.
9. Publicity. The winner's name or photo will be used in any announcement only with the winner's written consent.
10. General. This giveaway is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any government agency. Void where prohibited by law.
